The Art of the Teaser

When first researching information to write this article I wanted to know why they chose the name "teaser" to describe this type of bet. To me, any kind of bet that is out of the ordinary "straight" bet, makes me believe it is what I would call a "sucker" bet. I will explain my reasoning.
