Sports Fishermen, Good News!!

A few weeks ago the news all up and down the coast of Belize was about the strict enforcement of the newest Sport Fishing license requirement, Statutory Instrument #115. The new law had said that everyone in the boat had to have a license. No exceptions, even if you where not fishing a license was required. Even if fishing from the bank, unless you could prove that you were not sport fishing. A $500 fine and jail time were included in the enforcement
